Feedback & reports

For bugs, suggestions or reporting a player, use "Support" in the StarCloud launcher. Staff will notify you when it's handled, and nothing gets lost in a busy group chat.

Friends

The friends list sits on the left of the launcher: search a name to add a friend, chat without starting the game, and see which server your friends are on.
